You set a goal of what you want to create
You set a price to pay if You dont make it on time
Near the deadline you receive an email to submitt your link to the prove that you indeed stoped procastinating and releaseing something
If you have nathing to show, or whata you show has nothing to be with the goal you had, you get charged
If you release what you say what you wanted to release, no money will be charged
